Help Kids Hear .org is a web site founded by Tony & Alisa Hake, the parents of two hard of hearing children - the oldest is now just over three years old and the youngest is just over a year and a half old. To learn more about us, click here.

When we learned of our kids' hearing impairment, we took to the Internet in search of more information. Unfortunately, the information we found was hard to find, inaccurate, or out of date. As a result we have founded helpkidshear.org - a site dedicated to helping parents of hard of hearing and deaf children.

We endeavor to bring users the latest news, commentary, and resources for you and your kids! Our site is new, but we hope you will find it useful. If there is anything you would like to see added, please let us know!

This web site is your web site - the parents of deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) kids! If there is something you would like to see added or changed, just drop us a note and let us know!

At the current time, our site has six primary sections. We are hopeful that you will find them all useful but we are most excited about the Discussion Forums - a place where you can share ideas, ask questions and just talk with the parents of other DHH kids!
